Interesting point of view Affirmative Action: "South Africa is the only country in the world where affirmative action is in the favour of the majority who has complete political control. The fact that the political majority requires affirmative action to protect them against a 9% minority group is testament to a complete failure on their part to build their own wealth making structures, such that their only solution is to take it from others."

Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers. |

they Have a few points, as i am part of the benefactors of affirmative action and yes the current political structure is rubbish but this does not necessarily mean that the "Majority" as it has been boldly stated is the Least producing as the people that are in power are the ones that are not producing as to say that they are being voted for people with No production that is utter BS, mainly because if u haven't noticed who ever wrote this, the current voting behavior has CHANGED!!! and as for affirmative action PROTECTING us? lol look into the south Africa's GDP most of it is generated by Higher Upper Class Which is the Minority. I work in a company where i am in a top level management position and the are a lot of 'Minorities' under me and the current Trend i have noticed is that they don't even have GR12 to their names so is that still fair to the part of the majority sitting at home with Degrees? AFFIRMATIVE action does not protect any1 it is based on merits No one can get a job in a Predominately "Minority owned" company without any qualifications. (my argument is all over the place because im very angry as i respond to this, But any level headed Dim wit will see i have valid points and this article is was Racially motivated and so it should be disregarded)
